Garrett's Heart....

A HUGE thanks going out to Kelsey and Kassidy O'malley and Marlo Lundak as well as the students and staff at Christ the King School in Omaha.  After a snowy week and cancelled school days, Governor Dave Heineman was able to visit the school to honor the local and global efforts of this student body.  They have raised about $300 for Garrett's Heart and had a very successful canned food drive for a local charity (that is near and dear to our hearts), Heart Ministry.  It's all about the hearts, isn't it?  

The girls did an amazing job with the bulletin board and presenting their efforts to the Governor.

The fundraising will continue into mid week this week because of days missed last week.
